Octopus Tariff not showing rate after Price Guarantee

Hi,

Is this a known issue or something related to Octopus API?

In my Smart Tariff and reports it is showing a price of 51p per unit. However the Price Guarantee scheme has reduced that to a cap of 33p.

Wondering if there is anything I can do to manually update or give it a kick to update?

davesage I just don’t think Octopus have got around to making their API fit reality yet with price caps.
They’ve got a mammoth job with all that and I guess the API is on the ‘fix later’ pile…

You can probably test by loading up one of the hundreds of Octopus watch type apps and see if they give the same (although their creators may have added some sort of software fix/dude themselves)

Thanks both, pretty much what I thought. Maybe in a few weeks the fidge they applied in my account might roll out to the API as well. Cheers
