Odd inverter behaviour - sudden zero PV and battery discharging

I have two gen1 hybrid 5kw inverters.

Everything was fine, taking PV and charging the battery. Then the PV stopped and battery started discharging on one of my inverters.

I've seen a few bugs and issues, but I've checked all the config, reset to defaults, rebooted and hard rebooted the inverter (PV, DC + battery isolators) but still the behaviour remains.
My other inverter is absolutely fine.

For now I've set the battery discharge limit which thankfully has stopped the battery draining.

There's no recent notifications.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Adam

adski You have the same plant as we have. We've not seen this issue but I wonder if your battery has had a firmware update in the background, without you knowing, and it's going through a recalibration? If so, then contacting Givenergy would be on the cards. If this happens from time to time, it'd be nice to know so we can plan to consume the battery energy to the house/EV and then recharge from PV, if available.

They're both on the same firmware that I assume is the latest. No notifications or anything.
A battery recalibration probably wouldn't explain the "waiting" behaviour with zero PV generation either.

Hoping there's someone from GivEnergy support on here. I've submitted feedback but don't want to waste anyone's time by also raising a support request.

adski WRT phone them tomorrow and get to the bottom of it. It's your plant that's not behaving right and your money that's being wasted. ✅
