Voltage drop on second inverter PV generation

Hi,
I'm just wondering if I have an issue. I know the weather isn't brilliant but have noticed I'm not getting any generation on the West Inverter. The VPV1 readings are keeping around 42 mark. On Saturday I had generation until 9:50am with VPV1 in the 280 mark, then until 12:30pm it remained in the 42 mark again before jumping back up to 200 plus.
Since then no higher voltage than 42 or subsequent generation. Is this purely coincidental with weather ( hard to believe as East produces all day and West has previously) or have I some kind of fault.
Installation was approximately a month ago - any help would be appreciated.

Anybody from Givenergy can check to see what the fault might be - your platinum installer thinks it might be a DC isolator problem and is supposedly checking with yourselves for confirmation?

First point of contact is your installer, but you can also try calling or emailing G.E. but you will have faster response (typically) using the webchat.

I appreciate this, as there are active members of the Givenergy team I thought it might be worth a post. The installer is apparently dealing with it with Givenergy but still no feedback either way.

I don’t disagree with your sentiment but you keep posting information about your Octopus tariff and referral code. I’m not for one minute saying you shouldn’t but if everybody posted as much as you and their codes nobody would bother reading posts. Some people are genuinely looking for help and your Octopus tariff posts are now just noise (IMO)
