Suddern increase in battery

Battery suddenly jumps from a low value to high value. Done this many time in past months. Reports 6 times via app to givenergy with no response
All other systems running well 2 x 8.2 kw batterys

Jphurrell Known issue which seems to be very complex but fortunately, after I suspect a lot of work, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel. Statement here.
