Monitoring via Local software on Pi

Hi. New to this and had a look round the forum, but can't find if it is possible to have local access to the stats for the battery & inverter at a more frequent interval.

At this stage, not bothered about having control of any of the parameters, but would be good to have a way of getting more frequent local updates (rather than every 5 minutes, via the cloud) to monitor how the system is responding.

Is there already an App or software to do this and what Pi setup would be needed?
