I have an AC3 inverter and 9.5kWh battery, installed in late December. In the last few days the battery has been running on 1 to 5% SoC as I would expect as there is precious little solar and I do not charge from the grid. Eco mode is on.
This evening I noticed three green lights on the battery cover where previously it has had one flashing light. So I looked at the app and my battery was reporting 65% SoC. So where did that come from? Tracing back through the data it seems that the battery SoC changed from 0% to 100% between 15:57 and 16:07 this afternoon, but there was no energy flow from anywhere else. Even if the power had come from somewhere else, getting 9.5kWh into the battery in 10 minutes isn't likely. Although the cloud figures are normally updated every five minutes there is no data for 16:02.
In the period since 16:07 the battery has been gradually discharging into the house load and is now at 62%.
Do you think that my battery might find 9.5kWh from nowhere every day because I would be really pleased if it would.
