Voltage on unconnected string

I was expecting the unconnected string to have a zero voltage but weirdly it doesn't..?

If anyone else has a 1-string setup and could access GivTCP/Modbus I'd be interested to know what the voltage is on string 2. I'm still trying to get a handle on some odd behaviour and would like to rule this out.

Riscy both my spare inputs ( one on each inverter) sit at around 40 volts.
Edit: sorry not on GivTCP.

My spare string is 21.7V. This is on Gen 2 Hybrid 3.6kw inverter.
