I'm currently on firmware 3005 and the last time I upgraded, it borked my system and GE had to intervene. Since then I've been a little wary about upgrading. My system seems to be working fine but I was toying with the idea tonight to upgrade once I hit 9.30pm (cheap energy.)
I suppose my question is, is it really worth it and what is the latest version number ?
I would leave well alone, if it is working reasonably well. I think 3008 or 3009 are the latest versions. The GE knowlede base should confirm this, assuming it is up to date....

Xx-Mythril-xX The latest version I have been offered via the update button is 3007 but I know that there are people on 3008 and 3009 (and that is before you start looking at the various beta testing versions). Sure hope GE have good change control procedures in place!

Have been on battery 3005 from installation and have had few issues with 3.6 Hybrid Gen1 D0.450-A0.499 and twin 8.2 batteries, so as previously pointed out "if it ain't broke - don't fix it. I'm waiting till all the new firmware iterations are out and thoroughly tested before making the jump.
