Having an issue where the system is showing no load. I suspected it was the CT clamp being installed the wrong way round so checked with it reversed. This didn't seem to be the problem.

I checked the EM115 meter and it was showing an export of about 1.3 kW even with the PV and batteries isolated. I removed the CT clamp and the EM115 was still showing a reading. Are there issues with the EM115 and how easy are they to source? Is it part of the kit that is supplied and covered under warranty?

JMalcolm it would need to be checked and replaced by your installer, give them a call

JMalcolm Just in case you didn't know most EM115's can be set up to display total rather than current. You need to cycle through the registers using the button to see current usage.

JMalcolm Hi JMalcolm, I think I'm experiencing a similar issue with a random export seemingly from nowhere. Just wondered if replacing your EM115 solved the problem? Am currently waiting for my installer to source one.
Cheers

andycarter88 You can replace it with a GEM120CTM if EM115 are hard to find.

I realise it is a late reply, but yes, replacing the EM115 solved the issue.
