Installed yesterday. Welcome pack documents no help. 
My panels are feeding the house and the grid, but not the battery. How do I get the panels to feed the house first, the battery second, and the grid as a last resort, please?
ianconstable The last part of the commissioning process is a full discharge and re-charge of the battery to set top (5%) and bottom (15%) limits on your available capacity to prevent the battery voltage going too high or low during normal operation. Your app should be set to Solar (Charge) and Dynamic (Discharge), or ECO on the web portal. As long as the battery is charging, let it be. Once fully charged, it will revert to minimising grid import/export and feeding the house from PV/battery; but you may need to give it until tomorrow to sort itself out.
Thank you . You say "as long as the battery is charging". It doesn't seem to be, which is what's worrying me.
I seem to be on Eco, though if I click Submit on this, I get "There was a problem changing your settings. Please try again". I'll wait until tomorrow and see if anything has improved.
[EDIT} The app shows Solar charge and dynamic discharge..... Now really confused. Ah, no, see what you mean. that and Eco are the same setup...
