"Hybrid Inverter 5.0 Generation 1" contains battery?

Hi,
I have recently had a GivEnergy system commissioned. It consists of:-

• 1x GivEnery Hybrid Inverter 5.0 Generation 1
• 1 x Giv-Bat 5.2
• 14 x Hyundi 410w Panels

The datasheet for the hybrid inverter states "The GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter is a battery and solar inverter in one unit" - I read this as there is a battery within the inverter (in addition to the separate Giv-Bat 5.2 I have)
I have asked my installer who tells me there is a battery (around 3.4kWh) inside the hybrid inverter.
GivEnergy Support tell me this is not the case - there is no battery in the hybrid inverter.

Can anyone confirm which it is?

That anyone would be allowed to install one while simultaneously thinking there is a battery inside is shocking. Dodgy wording or not.

Look on the products bit of the website. New inverter with battery ...
