Home dashboard not working

My home dashboard is only working in away mode on my Samsung phone it did work for 6 days prior to my installation. I phoned the technical help line and was told its an app issue.
I find this hard to believe as it works ok on my ipad. I really need this to work on my phone any ideas comments greatly appreciated 🙏

Bolts If you do a search on this forum for "home +app" you'll find plenty of tips in various threads on what to try. The app does work but setting the dongle IP address to static etc can help.
