Hi folks,
My Gen 1 invertor is scheduled to be swapped out for a Gen 2 this month. I'm curious if ill loose all the generation data produced since installation back in November? Is there anyway to export this from the cloud portal?
Thanks,
Mick

Not all at once. Use the Inverter Panel and select Inverter Data (mesh Icon top right) and you can download daily data. I am not aware of a way to get all the data for more than one day - other than summarised in the graphical reports. You could try asking GE support to pull it off and send it to you. If you need to delay getting the data you could have the new inverter installed under a different username on the portal so you still have access to the old data.

i was looking at the dashboard today and the reports section.. i can generate a report which will capture the info i want from when the gen 1 inverter was installed to today or whenever i get the gen 2 put in.. i can see the report stays in the history.. will it remain post inverter swapout? i can take some screenshots anyhow.. just in case

michaelmcgoldrick mine have been swapped and I've lost all history of the previous inverters.

94jdh did you have any 'reports' generated in the reports section of the dashboard?

michaelmcgoldrick I did previously, but if I now try and generate one from February, for example, it's not found as that was Gen 1 territory.

Just had my gen2 fitted to replace gen1. Installer kept the WiFi dongle from the gen1 connected to the gen2 so it looks like I haven't lost any generation data.. battery calibration currently running
