Battery Charges to 100% then Discharges to 95% even though excess solar

New install this last week, Gen2 HY INV and 9.5kwh Battery running 3009 Bat SW and D0.906-A0.906 Inv. SW.
Couple of observations:

1. Battery charged to 100% then started discharging until it reached 95%, even though excess solar, then it started charging again. Is this normal behaviour? Will try and work out how to post a picture to show the behaviour.
2. I tried to find a way to pause the battery to stop discharge but couldn't see a way to do this using cloud portal. Tried pause on APP which didn't work.

Any help appreciated as on a steep learning curve to get familiar with kit.
I am aware of SOC issues as have been following the forum but not experienced any jumps either way yet.

Yes calbration was completed.....well I got a notification to say it had......

Item 1 is a bug. Think discussed on the beta thread.

Guessing it was more intended for grid charge to stop it continuously topping up and emptying and topping up.

Battery pause in the app I believe is charge and discharge rate in the portal - my inverter page, settings option, battery options.

TX200 thanks for confirming, I guessed 1. Is a feature. I will have a play with charge/discharge rates.

The Gen2 had some similar bugs to the new beta FW.

This 95% issue is resolved. So once the beta goes live, it will be gone

Mine hit 64% today and decided the grid was more worthy. Why would it not fully charge the battery before exporting?

AndrewGibb If your settings look good, I would probably try an inverter software re-start (from the Portal), as inverters can sometimes get stuck in an 'idle' state for no obvious reason.

ToothyChris I just hit the "Restart Inverter" button. Very little sun now but I'll see what happens tomorrow!
