Inverter accepts revised AC max charge %, then reverts to 100% overnight.

This is likely to cause me issue in the summer where I'll end up exporting (for free 🙁( ).
Has anyone else seen this issue?

I can see the accepted register value. and read it back. then the following day its back to 100%

zerotosixty2 do you have GivTCP running at all? If so, turn of smart target.

If not, try resetting the inverter settings back to default, then changing the settings one by one, submitting each time to see if that works

Or have you got a tariff card with automation setup on it (on the homepage of the web portal)?

Cdent Not to my knowledge re: GivTCP.
I use the App on my phone to check the charge status each morning.
I used the Webapp to make changes as and when needed and review the logs.

here's an excerpt gtom the event log:

We are on Octopus GO! so I have charging set up for the battery between 00:30 and 04:30 each day.
I have previously been able to read this parameter, set it and have it stay in place. I've changed nothing in the way I interact with the system. The weird thing for me is that the setting to 100% doesnt appear in the log

zerotosixty2 Look like you're using the remote control page to manage your settings? Maybe reset to defaults (Portal - Dashboard - Inverter Card - Settings). From the same settings page, check that ECO mode is enabled, then set your timed charge and battery options as you want. This card should enable you to do everything you want. Sometimes when you change a setting in the card, more than one register is changed behind the scenes, some of which are visible from the remote control page and some not. The app can do anything the Inverter Card Settings can. It used to be not so reliable, but it seems more so now.

thanks, going to try the app before going full reset
