I have problems with battery charging, it charges 1.5kw and shows me that it is 100% full charged, in the context in which the battery is 5.2kw. I talked to GivEnergy and they sent me this message. (Your battery is unfortunately reading at a far lower capacity than expected. But as a first step get GE to do a calibration to see if that resolves it, even temporarily

that should read "running a battery calibration to attempt"
this will discharge your battery to the grid and then recharge fully from the grid.
