Inverter startup voltage

I have an issue with the inverter at my house. Our panels are split in to two strings, one with 4 x 400w panels and the other with 7 x 400w panels. The four panel string does not generate sufficient voltage to kick the inverter into generating electric. It appears a minimum of 150v is required and we are getting about 140v ish. Does anyone know if this is possible to change? The installer is on to Givenergy about this, but I suspect it is a low priority for them (givenergy, not the installer (They are great))
The only other solution we can come up with is to put everything on one staring and install optimisers on the string of four to keep the power up. Anything better you can come up with?

Thanks. Do you have a link to such a product? I have done a quick search and can only see mains voltage optimisres. I will speak to the installer though.

There is a FW plan to reduce the start up to 120v on all inverter models, to keep it uniform across the range

Thanks for that. I think that what GE had told the installer when he first spoke to them. Not sure when, what, how and why yet.

The FW will set it default 120v
