2.6Kw Charge limit on the 9.5Kwh Battery?

Hi All.

Just been watching a video about the new Octopus Flux tariff (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8d1iqnhuek) and Gary mentions that with a 5Kw Hybrid Inverter and 9.5Kwh battery (which I have) I should be able to charge it at 3.6Kw. However my dashboard and App both show the peak to be 2.6Kw.

Any advice on why this is or how I may be able to increase it to 3.6kw would be welcome please.

Vanasol that would by a gen 2 hybrid. Gen 1 hybrid is 2.6. AC3 is 3kw
