I've had a bit more time to think about my next step.
But yesterday we had a power cut - we have had them before every now and then but not often and probably not when we had any capacity in the battery.
I happened to notice at work that the system was displaying no house load. But that the battery was charging nicely.
Get home and notice the RCD in the solar dis board is tripped and won't reset. And the Em115 meter is powered. I have a look and with the help of Paul, work out that the wiring on my inverter is wrong. Mains in is going to emergency out, so the EPS is powering the meter backwards.
The simple why of knowing (Apart from looking) is that the EPS circuit will have some load on it - and it should be zero unless actually connected up. The graph below you can see my load (I've not paid much attention to it before as its always been a couple of watts - probably timing on my part!) on the EPS is pretty high. until about 1:30pm when it drops to a few watts then to zero about 9:30 last night and has stayed ever since.

So, a simple check, if you don't (Shouldn't) have EPS wired is to look at the inverter tab on the dashboard and the inverter data and look at the EPS output column. It should be zero. If its not, get your installer back pronto to sort the wiring out.

If on the left, this is physical warning sign.
Discussing with GivEnergy senior field engineer, this has only been seen 3 times in his career, all required repair. This one from AF, is a sucess story for sure, he was advised to get some lottery tickets
Not zero, but gets small wattage "pulses". Assuming fine...

Mine has logged nothing since last night.
A quick visual on the inverter bottom right as Paul says would be a reasonably sure confirmation. No covers need to be removed.
