Forgive my ignorance (new user!).
Current setup: 8.2 battery, 5.3 kWh of PV, HY-5 inverter.
The last couple of nights the battery flatlines and stops powering the house. Tonight it appears to stop just when the Octopus Go Faster cheap period starts at 20:30. Last night it was at 18:00
Any ideas why this is?

Welcome

Do you have any data showing the battery % dropping below 20%? It is also odd that your system discharges steadily with what looks like very little demand. I can see a couple of peaks of 1000w ish draw but that discharge line is pretty constant!

Have you contacted GE support?

What options do you have set on the inverter card? Settings? I can see your battery charges from the grid too.

It's set on "Eco" with a Timed Charge from 22:30 to 01:30 (my Octopus Go Faster cheap period is 20:30 to 01:30)

Zakalwe On the smart tariff card do you have any automation set? I take it you have an EV with a home charger? It looks like on the 3rd the battery discharged until empty then starting charging at the time you have set. Then the 5th/6th it stopped itself doing it. Which charger do you have? It could be an issue with the charger, I know with the Zappi you can set it to ignore the battery.

No Automation set in the Smart Tariff (I dont want the battery to start charging so early in the evening).
The charger is an Andersen one- no CT is in use so it is unaware of the battery.

Zakalwe Ok, will need an email to support about this.
