wifi dongle with unknown password

My installer put a password onto my dongle and didnt tell me it.
I need to connect the dongle to another ssid but i cant access the dongle without the password.
How do i reset the dongle?

Hey Marren2016 try your inverter serial number. You can find this on the portal under the inverter settings. I believe installers may set the password as this.
