“Lost” battery storage (sometimes)

Some days I seem to “lose” kW of energy stored in the batteries. A typical ‘normal’ day looks like this:

14.3kW stored into the batteries, 13.8kW extracted out. So 0.5kW consumed or lost in the conversion process, about 3.5% which seems entirely reasonable.

But today, a quite different picture:

14.2kW stored into the batteries, but only 6.1kW extracted out and the GE app is showing both batteries discharged down to 4% so where’s the rest of the stored power gone from the batteries??

Update: looking directly on Inverter app the charge/discharge figures on the two inverters look much more reasonable, 5.2kW went into the 5.2kW battery (although 5.6 out) and 9.2 into and 9 out of the 9.5kW battery.

So a bug in the app or the inverter not reporting all discharges back to the cloud?

yeah, I find the app sometimes has missing data. Sometimes it arrives late apparently. I submitted a feedback/bug report via the web portal for that. Might be worth you doing the same?

TX200 I’ll put in a bug report but don’t hold out much hope of a response as GE haven’t replied at all to any of my prior bugs.
Today’s solar gen graph even more screwy. I’m the only one at home so not much consumption, and a clear day so the batteries fill up by lunchtime and then start exporting the remaining solar but my generation to home goes negative twice. I’ve seen this once before but not as bad as this 🤷‍♂️
