Scheduled and dynamic discharge

When using scheduling for discharge , it is not returning to dynamic after scheduled time has finished

DDunn that is what it does. Only timed charge suspends ECO mode during the charge period. Timed discharge, timed export and ECO are all mutually exclusive modes.

However new firmware is likely to provide more functionality on the scheduling front.

Tim This has confused me all along, and why I posted a couple of times on it. That's not what my gen2 on 906-906 does.
On Timed Export, the battery does nothing outside the set time., Full AC output/ or battery limit during the timed period.
But timed DISCHARGE acts as Eco apart from when it full discharges during the timed period, which is what I think the OP wants. There seems to be a significant difference between what people are seeing as expected behaviour. Is this gen1/gen2 or firmware versions making the difference ?

Yes. as in Eco behaviour outside the timed period. see previous post..
The registers are set to dynamic for timed discharge, and discharge = yes, so that you get this behaviour, at least on my inverter. The dynamic ( charge and discharge based on PV and load) is always on, the discharge behaviour only true in the timed period.
