Battery discharge dropped to 1kw

Bit of an unexpected issue whereby the batteries (2 x 9.5) output has dropped to just over 1kw and won't increase. We have decent solar and I'd put the immersion and tumble dryer on expecting the batteries to chip in around 2kw - but stuck just over 1kw.

I had throttled the charge rate earlier as we were approaching full and wanted to.minimise clipping. But then reset to full power charging as usual. I didn't alter the discharge setting.

I've tried resetting the settings via the app to default and also a full inverter restart via the portal but no joy. The inverter is a gen 1 5kw hybrid. Any thoughts please? First time I've seen anything like this.

Update - I reset the inverter discharge power from a desk-top PC using the main portal and all seems good again. Odd though as I hadn't changed that setting and resetting via the portal but on a 'phone, didn't work. Ho hum.

it is common for people to report the phone app not working as well as the web page (portal) , for me they both work faultlessly. windows 10 and android 12. I am wondering if the majority of issues are apple phones? , not just the iphone setting stopping users from connecting locally?

positor1 Updating on an Android phone has been fine up to now so I'm putting it down to a one-off glitch. At least I know that an update of settings from the portal will (eventually) fix it if it happens again.
