App not recognising Inverter

When refreshing the App on the HOME button I get a message saying it cannot recognise the Inverter, BUT the information is updated.

Philhield The data could be being updated because it is getting the data from the cloud (Away) becuase it can't connect to the inverter locally. And depending on the when this happens it could be down to the phone using a different wifi ssid to the inverter so loss of (local) connectivity.
