The percentage of my batteries differ quite a lot , on informing givenergy was told I had spikes in some battery cells , They said a slow recalibration would fix this it did not I have had four recalibrations in the few months I have had my system installed which costs me money obviously.
I keep getting fobbed off with it’s an app issue so I did an experiment I drained the batteries and noted one of the batteries was empty by the LED display on the battery whilst the other was 20% full which was EXACTLY what the app showed so how can a physical image on battery be the same on the app?
All I expect is the batteries to charge and discharge at the same rate or very similar.
Also when one battery hits 100% full the other battery although not full stops charging why?
I’m under the impression one of my batteries is faulty and needs replacing.
Does anyone else have the same problem ?
