Hyb 5 Gen 2, 2 x 9.5. I applied the update and let it run overnight. Everything appeared ok. The drain from about 30% SOC went fine and the charge back to 100% seemed to go well also. I received all the Start/end firmware notifications and start/end calibrations notifications - everything looked to be running ok.
However when I dig a little deeper, there are a few mismatches in the data:
1) The Mobile App reports 100% SOC (overall), but when I drill into the batteries in the app, the primary reports 1% SOC and the secondary reports 100%. This is also the same via GivTCP - 100% inverter SOC, batteries at 1% and 100%. The portal report overall SOC as 100%
2) The inverter remaining charge is reported as 9.5kWh at the inverter (should be twice that), but in GivTCP the battery individual voltages are both reported >53v and battery remaining capacity > 195Ah in each battery.
I restarted the inverter just to be sure and GivTCP but the discrepancies remain.
Any ideas? Is BMS doing some sort of cell balancing? The calibration finished about an hour ago.
