New Firmware - Fantastic work!

Hi all,
I just wanted to post my experience and thank the GivEnergy team, I'm conscious that a lot of posts here are of problems but wanted to post something positive.

Yes I had a problem updating but Paul got in touch ASAP on Sat morning to help and fixed the issue for a manual USB flash.... major thanks for the help Paul.

I managed to update from 3009 to 3012 and it finally fixed the issues of both of my batteries balancing correctly. I've been monitoring the system over the past couple of days and it finally seems perfect (fingers crossed).

Yes the BMS is working well on all 5 of the batters I have here.

Looking forward to the actual Inverter FW.

Where can I download the manual firmware? Or do I have to wait for an email or it to appear in my dashboard?

Road2Ruin You should have the update button already. My Inverter card - Software If it is not there drop support an email and let them know.
