Rapid charge/discharge cycling when battery full

Any idea what is causing this when the batteries are full please? Two 9.5s with a gen 2, 5kw hybrid. Latest firmware.

Did this rapid cycling get sorted out? I have the same problem currently, particularly noticeable when the battery is charged up to (say) 40% or 60% overnight (not 100%). So Midnight to 5:30 am the battery is at its target capacity, an EV is charging at about 2.7kW (from the grid) but the battery jumps in and out (at its max charge/discharge rates) as well. Why does the battery just not stay paused (when at its target capacity)???

I had the same problem and managed to resolve it by setting the inverter not to discharge during the charge period. This feature was introduced about 6 months ago for my Gen 2 inverter. Go to the inverter settings cog wheel in the cloud portal and scroll down to battery control where you can select to pause battery discharge over a set period.

BatteryOnly I don't see this with firmware 305 / 3012 on gen-3 hybrid.

BatteryOnly are you running both the latest battery and inverter firmware? This was a known bug in some earlier versions.
