Yesterday after early morning cloud we had 100% clear blue sky all afternoon, not a cloud in the sky, yet while checking the app, expecting to see PV output of 3.5kw-4kw+ I was seeing sub 2kw and drops down to 700-800w.
Checking the full dashboard I could see PV output was fluctuating up and down throughout the day, despite as I say it being a clear blue sky. It wasn't until around 4pm that output stabilised and we had smooth graph for the rest of the afternoon/early evening.
Looking at previous days I can see similar output but for those days but I cannot be sure on cloud covers on those days but there does seem like there is almost a pattern of it being unstable when its very sunny and then stabilising in the late afternoon.
Can anybody explain this to me?
Is there some temperature or voltage limit that is causing this? (Note battery/ inverter are on north wall in shade, battery showed temp of 18-19C during this period and was 19-20C when it was stable in late afternoon)
Is it expected or can it be fixed?

Sorry I did search for posts of similar issue and only noticed that other post (https://community.givenergy.cloud/d/2355-reduced-pv-output-with-clear-sky/48) once I already posted mine.

I've contacted GivEnergy support and they are pushing the 909 firmware now.
Looks like lots of sunny weather for next week, so I'll report back if update resolved the issue or not.
