New install, battery seems to have "disappeared"

Hi all, I'm hoping there might be a quick fix for a battery that seems to have fallen off the app although all LEDs on it are green.
I had a new install of Solar PV, GivEnergy Inverter and GivEnergy 5.2kWh battery.

I unfortunately had to be out most of the day when the engineers finished the commissioning (they finished the install a couple of days later than they'd originally said), but they had created an account for me before I was out. All seemed to be working very well with the app reporting everything that I thought it should, until last night.
At around 8pm the battery seems to have stopped reporting and the data suggests there's no sign of it charging or discharging or being connected in any way since then.

Last night:

Today:

I should also say that I edited my account settings around this time (can't be sure exactly when by around 8pm seems likely), as the installer had set it up with a few typos (address) and set the time zone to GMT-1 (I know we're in BST but the times being reported on the app were an hour out!). I set the time zone to GMT and the times are now reporting correctly, but I wonder if the jump in time has confused the battery.

I've tried a "Restart Inverter" with no change.

Any suggestions?

Ben

Obviously I will ring the installer but they don't work weekends so I was hoping there might be something simple to do in the meantime.

Did they commission the battery, or is it running its commission cycle. What does it say in notifications - top item in the dashboard left side panel.
Takes a number of hours and you should get a message it has started, and a message when it finishes.
What software version is showing for the battery

Here's the battery data around the time the problem seems to have started. I notice that the voltage appears to drop suddenly and then gradually decreases from then.

Have a look here for info like this

The commissioning/calibration all took place while I was out last Monday, the notifications say

so the calibration finished 4 days ago, and the graphs and data show the battery has been charging up and providing power etc fine until last night.
There's only one notification since then when I set up 2FA.

Thanks for looking anyway! I'll probably have to wait until Monday now, hope they can make it out to explain soon.

Just to follow up on this with the resolution as the installers came out again today.
Apparently the battery isolator trip switch had tripped, probably caused by a pinched insulation in a connection causing a heat spot. This was corrected (and some wire casing put on that should have been there but wasn't -- didn't really catch that bit!) and should all be fine now.
