i have set my batteries to charge upto 100% daily between 2 and 5 but i noticed that the batteries only charge upto 25%

i checked that the solar forecast is already off and something was changing the Target SOC to 25% (i manually changed it to 100% in the morning)

Are there any logs i can access to figure out what changed this value?

In addons, go to GivTCP, then configuration.

Check the solar prediction there is off or configured as you would desire.

Also check if there’s any automations on the homepage of the GivEnergy web portal as part of a tariff card.

deepanshus are you sure you don't have SmartTarget enabled?

stevelewis no i didn't have solar forecast (smart charge) enabled but i did realise that the issue was fixed after i restarted the inverter. It seems the SOC target was somewhere stored and didnt get overwritten properly. i set it to 100 manually, rebooted inverter and confirmed that the target SOC stays at 100. Its been fine so far. "fingers crossed"

One thing I’ve noticed is after GivTCP has changed the target SOC the app and portal still show an old value.

You can go into the remote control part of the website and tell the system to re-read the register, after which the web portal and app then show the correct current value.
