Paul, at 17:10 today my inverter started to dump all battery power. Eco mode is on, discharge if off. No combination of changes to the registers will stop the export, restarting inverter, restarting batteries, all result in the inverter dumping again as soon as the inverter/batteries restart. ED2248G687

It's acting like a calibration discharge, did someone start a remote battery firmware upgrade or calibration without my request/permission? Software page shows the 3013 upgrade is still pending.

Stopped. For some reason it was at calibrating upper.
A setting not possible to set in the portal.

Is there any other apps connected to it? That may have sent this value accidently?
Or its a bug.
911 is the next firmware revision.

The new FW has validated local control. So errors on the line can't be acted on. If this is an error in the data streM.

Thanks, Paul. Very puzzled by this, is there any log on the inverter side that you could share?

I have GIVtcp running under HA, using an automation, triggered every minute, that checks current SOC and tomorrows Solcast forecast and enables/disables discharge based on condition.

Enable. Turn on charge for 2 minutes.

Disable. Cancel force discharge and re-enable ECO.

At 5pm, the SOC was below the minimum desired state, so the cancel commands would have been called. Can you see anything in this that could trigger a calibration? My GivTCP logs do not show anything.

Ok going to relate this to givtcp. With 2.3.2 changelog specifically mentioning an issue with register offset.

Hi just adding my experience for comment. I had a firmware update last week after system was showing random results and wrong information reporting.
Current issues are that the battery is charging to 100% on solar but as per set limit on off peak top up to 90%?
Also now battery dash board reporting shows oscillation between 100% and lower values eg. 69% 76% just looks unstable?
