Gen3 5kW + 3 x 8.2 batteries.

D0.305-A0.305 + 3013

Set to ECO, battery charge rate 3600 (all confirmed on the portal).

The attached image shows the problem, the PV, House Load and Battery charge rate had been steady for a few minutes beforehand.

I'm aware the charge rate slows as the batteries near full, this seems to be a very low rate especially as it's divided over 3 batteries.

Tried restarting the inverter - no improvement.

Anyone else noticed this - is it a bug?

Have you checked via the website portal instead of the app to check charge speed? inverter card, remote control. Gives the most reliable data.

THALL Hi, yes confirmed via the portal and Home Assistant - charge rate = 3600w.

Seems to have corrected itself with a quick 12% upward jump.

Strange - not something I've ever had before.

I never see any adjustments when the batteries are paused for 3 hours and below 50%

Your top/master battery was at 98% - essentially full.
(Let's park the SOC "is it really that" part for now)
This new firmware throttles charge when it gets near full - quite when I can't remember (over 90% rings a bell), but one of the packs being 98% would likely trigger it.
The jump after is an unfortunate indication that some of the other SOCs were reading wrong to start with (something 3013 is trying to solve)
If you keep drilling down each battery in the app you'll get an individual data graph for each pack which may help indicate which ones were reading wrong
