I've just been tidying up my Node-RED flow for pulling inverter data from the new API and noticed that the API documentation refers to Smart Devices. Can anyone tell me what this is about? Is this a route to add your non-Givenergy (but RESTFull?) device to their portal so you can POST your other device's data for viewing there? Anyone have such a device?
Tim I'm guessing we are allowed to talk about it given it's blatantly in the API docs now (so hopefully i'm not bending the NDA) but yes that's the idea. Posting power data to the portal to add to the graphs.
I have 2 EV chargers pushing data to it. BUT (as is the way) there is no "Graphs" part on the portal yet. So although the data is "somewhere" it's not visible to me.

Yep, we've been storing the data as expected. I can see the data you've been recording against your 2 devices.
We are going to be working on a dashboard card for smart devices for sure, but we haven't got anything just yet! We'll keep everyone updated via the what's new posts on the portal.
I stopped pushing data via this API as there is no way for customers to see it yet. I was pushing several smart plugs and my immersion heater power data
