Hi,
Just got home to find the 9.5kwh battery was saying 0%, when it wasn't, and the inverter charge/discharge settings set to 2560kwh. A bettery reset fixes the battery issue and now it's working. The inverter though (it's a Gen 2) will not let me change it back to 3600w, it had always been on this. If I try and type in a number larger than 2560, that's what it defaults to. In the app, the slider will only go up to 2560w.
Any ideas? I tried and inverter restart, but nothing.

Also, just found out, my battery is being reported as a 5.2kwh battery instead of 9.5. Could this be the problem? If so, how to fix.
There have been a few bms overvoltage issues according to the online portal. Possibly what has started all this.

Road2Ruin it's definetly the fact its reported as a 5.2 that's causing your issues. Those batteries are limited to 2.6kW which is why yours won't scale any higher.

Something for your installer / Givenergy to sort as there is very little the end user can do to rectify without an engineers or above account login.

Cheers hoggy. As soon ad I saw it, I though that was the issue. Probably a blip in the software caused by the bms overvoltage and coms failure.
