My Givenergy app is blank on phone today. Have wi-fi etc and phone is fine.
Looked at system and dongle is only lit on one side top to bottom.
Have removed it and refitted it but it is still the same. Is it faulty and in need of replacement? Or is it something else?
Ideas anyone.
