Hi all,

My mum's 9.5kW battery won't charge from the grid once it reaches 20%. However, the battery will charge greater than 20% when the electricity is coming from the solar panels. We've been trying to charge from the flux cheap rates (2am -5am) but again once the battery either hits 20% it stop charging or if it's above 20% it won't charge from the grid at all.

We've set everything back to default settings, rebooted the whole system and still when we force charge the battery it won't charge past 20%.

Any ideas??

Thanks,
Sam

Have you recently had a firmware update applied. There’s a bug that might have caused this if so, email / web chat or call support to get them to check.

Assuming you’ve checked the timed charge percentage from the web portal? Perhaps even the remote control page (via the cog symbol on the my inverter page)

Thanks for replying.

No I don't think there has been an update.

I've done a couple of screen grabs to show the info on the portal and the app.

It's very confusing but until now we're never had to charge from the grid!

If you go to the portal and click on the spanners on the inverter panel, what are the settings on there? These are some of mine (gen 1)

… and press the curvy refresh arrows next to them all, to make sure what is says is actually what it is.
