Battery not powering the house

For some reason, my battery is being charged by Solar and on a cheap tariff, but it will not use this power in the house, so when the ASHP kicks in the power is drawn from the grid.

You can see what I mean in the attached screenshot at 7-9am and 5-6pm, when the ASHP power draw is met by the grid, not the battery.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

Do you have any time windows setup for charge / discharge? If you have a "charge" window, then in my experience (with an AIO) it won't discharge at all during that window (which makes sense when you think about it).

You can clearly see the charge discharge windows (for cheap slots, etc) on the screenshot.
The inverter is running in 'eco' mode but somehow doesn't charge the house.

OK. I think I have answered my own question.

The Octopus R&D labs app has set to SoC to 65%.

I have a scheduled rule that the battery can export to the grid when the tariff is high AND only up to 65% of the battery. The app has decided to fix the SoC regardless, which means the battery will not discharge anywhere (not even the house).
