I have a 9.5kwh battery and 5kw interter since Feb 2023. No major issues but today at 7:15am, the battery has stopped discharging and held % at 88%. See screenshot of logs.
Your advice would be helpful.

For clarity, system has dynamic automatic discharge. During this time, it was importing from grid.

As of 1600 today mine has done exactly the same… gen 3 hybrid inverter and 9.5kwh battery in dynamic mode like you… inverter reset has not cleared it. Have you been able to fix it yet? Any ideas welcome 👍🏼

At 8am on the same day, the system went back to behaving normally under "Dynamic discharge" automatically. Seems to be an isolated low impact event as it only lasted 45mins. Cannot see any report out by Givenergy and as this has been the only issue we have had with our system, I'll keep observing if it happens again.

Check the grid voltage. If the voltage goes above about 253V(ish) the Inverter will stop outputting power.
