Hi All for a good 2 months now if I create a custom all time report I get the following error
Weekly or monthly reports are fine and show tariff data - it just seems to be the all time report that has the issue.
Is anyone getting this?
AGLAISTER brings up figures on mine but don't think they're in anyway accurate considering in summer I get credited between £70-£120 per month from Octopus 
that does happen but a refresh usually gets it all to load. perhaps two times.
Out of curiosity where are these reports?
Jellybaby on the portal (https://portal.givenergy.cloud/dashboard) on the left hand side there is a reports tab, you can choose daily, weekly, monthly, annual, all time or custom
Cdent lol I thought that was for reporting issues and whatnot hahaha

Thought so, completely useless for me, telling me I only generated around 240kwh of solar when I generated over 400, 4th of september it was off by 14kwh.
I don't know how the hell it calculates things but something is seriously wrong, below is meter data.
PV Generation total at end of August was 662.7
PV Generation total at end of September was 1084.4
421.7kwh difference, solax reports 450.70 but I think the only reason for a big difference there is because the AIO doesn't register below 200w on the portal for some reason.
