I have a small (200W) power requirement and have set the system into off-grid mode. Since doing this the battery has only been discharging supplying the 200W overnight.
The PV is now producing (I know it's up to 3kW as its in full sun) but only supplying enough for house and not recharging the battery, is there a missing setting somewhere?

what kit have you got
what settings are you using
if PV is producing and not charging, the power can only go as export to the grid, or be dumped by the panels
SteveCook off grid = not connected to grid, (island or is it hybrid mode) it is physically disconnected from the grid so it cannot be exported to the grid!
PV is producing and not charging, I think you mean excess power as power is going into the house...

It's in eco mode, no other charge/discharge settings if that's what you are asking.
OK so is your house (1) disconnected from the grid, or (2) just the grid consumer unit breaker feeding the inverter set open circuit/off.
Either of the above will still allow the inverter EPS mode to supply power (my EPS is always live).
If it is 1 the PV generation can go back into the consumer unit and power any other electrical loads in the house if you have some and charge the battery.
If it is 2, then the PV generation can only go to EPS, battery and the rest will have to be dumped somehow. I guess the inverter just clips and the PV energy lost to the sky.
If it is in Eco mode it should charge.
What does the inverter history show?
Does it say Eco - True, and other settings false?
Have you any charge % limits or rates in battery settings
SteveCook it's 2,there is only 200w on EPS and battery not charging. It worked fine when connected to grid and working in a normal mode, the battery supplied the 200w overnight, pv supplies it during the day, however it is not recharging the battery. PV supplies over 3kW when full sun, export set to 0 as cannot sell back to grid.
Sorry I have no idea then.
Try inverter restart from the portal
So with the sun out you dont use power to feed the rest of the house loads, you only ever charge the battery/feed the EPS load.
I was about to say that if you've turned the grid supply off you've probably also turned the EM115 meter off that's confusing it, however it should still work on the EPS side and charge the battery while doing so.
I can't quite remember if it cares if the EM115 meter is still on or not but worth trying the opposite of whatever it is now I guess?
Are your panels actually giving 3kW? It was very early when you posted this so I'd be surprised but depends where they are pointing I guess?
I'm curious as to your running regime is unusual with dropping the grid supply off, so I have to ask - is this commissioned or a DIY ebay type install?
Yes, generate (over) 3kW and yes, installed and commissioned. Tarrif is effectively prepay so want to turn off supply when not there as can't export.
I am in Skipton, I have 27 panels, it is Sunday 26th Nov 14:18, overcast and I am generating 450W
Is the EM115 powered up? Glowing green?
If not, do you see a comms error on the portal that may be confusing the inverter
