Have changed my home network to mesh router and nodes. The dongle on my givenergy battery is not connecting to my home network! Is this a known problem? Can it be fixed?
Thank you

Dongel not connecting to Mesh home network
Might be of some help, don't have mesh myself.

If you want more just search forums for "Mesh"
Labied try turning the 5Ghz network off on your mesh, and fast-roaming.
My inverters wouldn't connect at all with 5Ghz on, but once connected the first time I could turn the 5Ghz back on. However if I turn fast roaming on, the inverters disconnect within 30 seconds so I have to leave this off.
Mine is a Mercusys AX3000, a cheaper version of the Deco
I had similar issues, tried separating my 2.4 and 5 ghz networks, but then the giv app wouldn't show that I was at home when my phone was connected to the 5ghz wifi and homeassistant wouldn't work properly. What seemed to work for me was turning off the 5ghz signal all together (so only 1 ssid), connect the dongle to your wifi, let it connect (potentially leave it for a few hours), then turn the 5ghz signal back on (on the same SSID) and my inverter has stayed connected since.
I also struggled doing it through the giv app, had to follow the instructions for PC and use web browser to sort
I'm using 3 deco x50's
It'll probably disconnect now I've said this.....
