Since I upgraded the inverter firmware yesterday evening my battery has been stuck charging at around 290W. Tried hard and soft resets of the inverter. Quick settings for pause and discharge do not work, but charge does. Reset everything to defaults and checked each setting in the portal. Nothing has rectified the issue yet, anyone any other ideas?
I have a 5kw Gen 2 inverter on firmware D0.913-A0913 and a 9.5 KWh battery.
Is it still doing the calibration?
Or did you get the message that it’s finished?
Pete UK It did not recalibrate after the firmware update, which I assumed was because it was the inverter firmware and not the battery that was updated.
I have had no notification messages of the calibration starting. However just in case I may try and force charge to 100% later today/tonight on cheaper rates to see if that cures it.
Try turning the battery off and then on again?
Or maybe try and catch GivEnergy in the chat (although not sure if they are open today?)

I just replied to the other post of your with the firmware reference (D0.913-A0.913). As we experiencing the same issue (charges the battery only with 290W) I was wondering if it was resolved this for you and how?
