Selling House - Transfering System to New Owner

Currently in the process of selling our house.
Are there any instructions on transferring the system to a new user account (the new owners)?

If you have solar and FIT, for me as the new owner, I needed to provide proof of ownership of the house (council tax bill I believe) to the FIT provider. The seller did nothing. Actually, thinking back, I sent in the final reading for the Generation Meter, and he got a nice unexpected windfall!
No idea re GE kit.
