Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue? I have my home battery set to charge to 100% overnight but I checked the app this morning and its at 0%! The reserve is set at 4% so even that has gone! All the settings for overnight charging are still set so I don't know what has happened! Any advice please?

J1m Your post is rather short on details. From the energy graph, did it start to charge, but then discharge afterwards? Did it hold charge overnight or continue to discharge during what should have been the charging period?
From previous posts, it seems that you use home assistant, so first port of call is probably to look for logs there. HA plugins tend to write to the inverter directly, rather than using the API, so there won't be logs on the GE web portal.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I've not used HA over the winter as I have no automations set currently. Have attached my graphs for yesterday and today..

I do have my Eddi set to boost the H/W at 23.30

Looks like the battery has gone faulty. Has a solid red status light. Will contact GivEnergy support...
