Timed Charges Disrupts Solar

Hello. I'm trying to get to grips with my new setup (13.5KWh All in One with Solar). Any time I make any change to the controls, the system seems to go awry. Set on Eco the system seems it to work fine, but once I set a Timed charge on the battery to take advantage of Octopus Agile overnight rates, I find the next day the battery doesn't charge from the Solar, nor the battery discharge unless I 'reset to defaults'. This has happened more than once now. Yesterday, the solar registered an output for an hour then dropped to zero. Again the 'reset to defaults' kicked it straight back into generation. I feel there is miscommunication going on between devices.
Could it matter that the Gateway firmware is 0.005 and the all in one 0.604. The Gateway has been live for 2 months longer than the all in one owing to the early December software messing up the original battery.

If you are using "Timed Charge" in settings id stop, either using the app or going into remote control settings (the cogwheel to the right of date selection) you have timed slots down below you can use.

Also has anybody else noticed that the info load when you click "My Inverter" is taking forever the last couple of days?

Thanks, I'll give that a go and see if alters the behaviour. I've tried a couple of times setting a timed charge overnight using settings and each time, come the morning, my system is drawing gird power (not battery power) and the solar array is reading 0W generation. Both of these are corrected with a 'reset to defaults'.
I think Home Assistant is going to be the way to go in the long run

No settings should stop the solar generating, what inverter are you using, if its not a GE one does it have its own app that you can see production on.

Do you have an "in home display" to monitor power usage to see if you are using Solar/grid or exporting during a sunny day and the AIO is just reporting nothing?

Id be on to installer if it keeps cutting off solar production completely as something is seriously wrong.

Jellybaby I had read it not so much that solar generation was affected, but that the AIO was failing to detect the amount of solar available.

DD ah, could be, I know it doesn't pick anything under 200w up
