Battery discharge to grid

Hi, very new to this having had the system installed 2 weeks ago. Everything seems great but I’m trying to figure out why my battery discharges to the grid after being fully charged. It’s happening as I type…generation has charged the battery to 100%, then generation switches to export and at the same time my battery discharges to the grid down to about 90%, then starts to charge again. Seems like I’m losing out here somewhere. Photo of the app dashboard right now. 5kw hybrid inverter with a 9.5kw battery.

Our system did that when it was installed with version 393 of the inverter firmware. I complained to GivEnergy and they upgraded it to 307 (which is actually newer than 393) and it fixed the problem. It now works perfectly as expected.
