Hybrid 1 Settings

It's a real pain that the Hybrid 1 generator won't work correctly to change to and from full export. Is there any chance that it could be corrected in the future?

I can't see any commercial benefit for any updates to gen1 equipment, so I expect it will remain as it currently is. I'm on Octopus Flux and export works fine using my app. Fully automated.

apparently there is a firmware in Beta for that hardware (or at least it was few months ago). But as to when it might be released it's anyone's guess. It was supposed to be released last year.

Rubikcube on your tutorial, you say you don't cover intelligent tariffs because Octopus control the hardware. But surely it's only Intelligent Flux where that's relevant - Intelligent Go is fair game.
(The significant difference from standard Go being that export pays twice the overnight import rate).

DD You are absolutely right, I was just being lazy. With Intelligent Go, Octopus only control the car charging, so you are free to control your solar/battery equipment yourself.
