13.5 kw AIO
Can anyone tell me why the app shows my battery capacity as 2.7kw

Suggest you need to contact givenergy support as something isn’t right in the setup of your system

Oh dear - that's not terribly encouraging...
If you use Android, I'd certainly recommend rubikcube's app (Though I can't say I've used it with AIO personally.)

When I go to the inverter page on the portal, in the General section, it has

Battery Type
Lithium-ion
Battery Capacity
186 Ah | 9.52 kWh | (1 Pack)

(for my Hybrid inverter). I assume it offers similar for AIO ?

That is what it shows for my AIO on the "more information" option under battery (using the app).

What do you see on the portal for the battery? I get this...
